Alea Constance is a queer writer who grew up at the Jersey Shore. By day, she works as a director in the scholarly publishing industry, and by night, she can be found hanging off walls at her local rock-climbing gym or furiously writing essays about the mayhem of child-rearing, career, and accidental suburban-living. Alea is filling her punch-card with as many classes as she can through Scrappy Literary while also finishing her MFA at Rosemont College. She lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her partner, two children, and five pets.
